The CueFormance Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a quality issue with your item, reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. In the event that you’d like to return an item, please email CueFormance@gmail.com for a return authorization. We offer a 15 day return policy from date of purchase. No returns on used equipment. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Buyer covers shipping for items sent back. Credit will be issued once unused items have been received back to stock.
